To kick start the year, the Rokbak team headed off to the sunshine state, Orlando, Florida to start 2025 off on a bright note.

The new year began with the annual North American event, Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) Summit which brings equipment distributors, manufacturers and service providers together. Meeting with dealers across North America for the three-day event, is the perfect occasion for the Rokbak team to align for 2025, discuss future plans and engage in new business opportunities. The team benefited from face-to-face meetings where they discussed the current market situation and set targets for the year ahead. The overall sentiment for 2025 was cautiously optimistic as we plan for a modest increase on last year with new projects emerging across the region.

“Meeting with many of our North American dealers at AED is an invaluable opportunity to connect face-to-face and develop new prospects. We received positive feedback from both customers and dealers which we will take back to our teams to continue to grow the Rokbak brand and product development” – Robert Franklin, Rokbak Sales Director – Americas.

With over 60% of our haulers leaving for North America, AED is a key event in the Rokbak calendar. It’s not only a time to catch up with dealers but for the Rokbak team themselves to use this rare opportunity to come together in person and discuss key plans for the business. Half of the team at the event travelled from the Rokbak headquarters in Scotland, while the other half journeyed across North America, where they reunited in Orlando. The team enjoyed a reunion dinner, hosted dealer evenings to build relationships and attended the keynote speech dinner.

“We’re looking forward to a bright 2025, where the Rokbak hauler market remains high in North America. We’re looking forward to working with our dealers over the year and seeing our haulers take on important projects across the region” concludes Robert.
