Where learning, earning and life skills meet
College and university aren’t the only routes to qualifications. Here at Rokbak, we can offer you a variety of apprenticeship programmes which allow you to achieve SVQs, HNCs and HNDs whilst learning your trade and earning money. All achieved under the guidance of a global articulated haulers manufacturer owned by one of the world’s best-known brands: Volvo Group.
About our Foundation Apprenticeship Programme
If you are currently in your senior phase of secondary school (5th or 6th year) and are interested in gaining a work-based learning opportunity, our Foundation Apprenticeship programme can help kickstart your career. During this time, you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience working on projects for our company while you’re still at school.
Completion of this programme results in an indusry-recognised qualification at the same level as a Higher and can lead to progression into our Modern Apprenticeship programme.
If you are interested in joining our Foundation Apprenticeship programme at Rokbak please get in touch with your school and they will contact us directly on your behalf.

The Modern Apprenticeship programme will take approximately 4 years to complete. This is dependant upon the level of qualifation undertaken and if you already have exisiting relevant qualifications. During this time, you will have your own dedicated mentor and be part of the Apprentice team working on specific projects for our company. You’ll work alongside and learn from our expert engineers, technicians, and highly skilled team members.
